corona tools bp 3160 Corona tools are hard working, just like our customers. We expect a Corona tool to be the last one that you will need to purchase. That is why our tools are well built and meant to last, season after season.

What’s Covered:

Corona stands behind our promises and guarantees our tools to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life of nearly all of our tools. Should you encounter a defect in your Corona tool, simply return the tool to where you bought it and inquire about an exchange or refund. To request a warranty replacement or replacement parts on your Corona tool, please fill out the form on this page that will be sent to Corona Customer Service or call (800) 234-2547 to speak with them directly for a quick resolution.

The life of a tool is usually determined by how often and the conditions where it is being used. If there are any defects in materials or workmanship, it usually happens early in the life of the tool. The same tool may have a different life expectancy based on frequency of use. Someone making thousands of cuts, digs or scoops per day will wear out a tool long before an occasional, infrequent user. (See Corona Genuine Replacement Parts.) If deemed defective, Corona will either send a replacement part(s)  or replace it with the same model or one of higher quality.

What’s Not Covered:

Corona is dependable and trustworthy, and we expect the same from our customers. We do not cover normal wear, lost or stripped parts, product modification, or product damage due to misuse as claims for a defective tool. Abuse is using a tool in a manner that it was not designed.  Improper cleaning and storage can also damage and/ or shorten the life of your tools.  For tips on how to clean and store your Corona tools, check out our video to help maintain the performance and longevity.
