LL-ETWaters-Lee_M_Williams-3-4-2015Lawn & Landscape Magazine is a significant resource for business owners within the green industry. This week they guide a #Landscapechat with guest host ETWater about applications of Big Data to the landscape industry.

Expert Lee M. Williams (right) is SVP Product at ETWater drives the strategy around use of Big Data in ETWater's smart irrigation system. Williams was one of the designers of the Palm Pilot, who then went on to develop the first smart phones and tablets at Nokia, so he is in a great position to answer questions and talk about how a wealth of Big Data insights are relevant to landscaping. This includes how visual GIS aerial property information, soil type, plant types, weather and climate are being used for saving water and more efficient landscaping maintenance. Lee will also address how mobile automation is impacting landscaping.
